It is located in the northwest of Phu Quoc Island and stretches 15km from Cua Can to Ganh Dau. Long Beach is famous for its long, meandering coastline that weaves between the vast ocean landscape and lush palms and fresh trees, creating a pristine and poetic environment. Cua Can Beach

Bai Ong Lang is a great beach to enjoy the sunset on the west coast of Phu Quoc. It is about 15-20 minutes by motorcycle from Duong Dong and is a nice place to escape from the hustle and bustle of the larger beaches.

Most of the beach is quiet, rugged, and still relatively unspoiled, which is a plus on a Phu Quoc beach. This Phu Quoc beach is close enough to the night market but far enough away from the crowds. It is a luxurious but hidden gem on Phu Quoc Island.

Bai Ganh Dau (Ganh Dau Beach)

Hon Mot is one of the small islands belonging to the commune of Bai Thom. Hon Mot is located about 200 meters northeast of Phu Quoc and is connected to it by a simple bridge. With an area of approximately 6.7 hectares, this small island remains relatively pristine.

Hon Mong Tay (Fingernail Island)

Located in the southern part of Phu Quoc Island, Hon Mong Tay, also playfully known as the "lonely fairy," is named due to its isolated position away from shipping routes and not belonging to any archipelago. In the past, Hon Mong Tay had many Mong Tay trees (Henna trees). Over time, the number of Henna trees decreased, giving way to thousands of broad-leaved, fruit-laden coconut trees. 

Hon Mong Tay is fortunate to possess one of Vietnam's most diverse marine ecosystems, with 17 types of anemones and various hard and soft corals. Many visitors come here to experience snorkeling, leisurely boating on the calm water, or to enjoy fresh seafood.

How to Get to Beaches in Phu Quoc?

The most common and convenient way to reach the top 10 must-visit beaches in Phu Quoc is via direct flights to Phu Quoc International Airport (PQC), located at the northern tip of the island. It is also possible to arrive by ferry from southern provinces, taking a bus to Rach Gia and then a fast ferry to the island. Advance booking is recommended during the high season.
