From the beginning, the agency's team was helpful & replied us very quickly. They organised us a very convenient 5-days-trip from Saigon (HCMC) to Phnom Penh by the Mekong Delta, their proper accommodation in Mekong Garden. We've been in such traditional places far away from all others tourists, at any moment we were forced to buy something. Our guide was nice, so experienced and a good both English & French speaker. He introduced us ethnical peoples, they were so friendly, generous, welcoming with us. Amazing :)

I was referred by a friend to Mr. Ha Nguyen at Vietnam Original Travel - Hanoi Branch and I’m so very very pleased that I was. From the beginning of our correspondence, he went to great lengths to help me prepare my itinerary and gave me many tips to make sure I was travel smart in the busy streets of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Never was he pushy and many a time, when conversing over Skype chat did he contact me outside of his working hours. He even went so far as to meet me on a Sunday to take me around Hanoi. I cannot guarantee by any means that travel agents from VOT will do this for you as we had connections via friends, but what I do know is that they will go up and beyond to make sure you have a lovely holiday. We pre-booked a short trip around Northern Vietnam with Vietnam Original tours. They responded very quickly to email and were very helpful. Our guide was excellent and we really enjoyed the activities they arranged for us. Our boat trip around Cat Ba island in particular stood out as being excellent and we also really enjoyed Van Long National Park.
if you want to travel without making you worry, this agency is to recommend. Everything is well organized and you can be confident in every way.

We had an wonderful time from the off beaten track in the North to the bustling cities in the South. A two weeks trip couldn't take us to every corner in Vietnam but to some extent we discovered a beautiful country and saw smiling welcoming and generous people. Thanks to Mr. Manh for great service
