14:00 Be welcomed at your hotel by guide and enjoy a short jeep ride through the countryside to reach Tra Que Agricultural Village, known for its fresh herbs and vegetables. The farmers in the village use the herbs and vegetables for special dishes of Hoi An such as: Banh Xeo, Cao Lau and My Quang.

14:15 Arrive in a local family. You will be introduced some dishes such as "Banh Xeo" - a typical southern traditional specialty and Tam Huu spring rolls. Then, join in a cooking class with 3-course. Enjoy lunch with local family.

15:00 Enjoy a foot massage with medical plants in the garden.

15:30 Walk with the host into the garden of herbs: lemongrass, basil, coriander and spring onions. Join in agricultural activities: growing plants, picking and watering vegetables.

3:45 Back to road trip by jeep through the countryside and traditional Vietnamese fishing boats.

4:00 Board your boat to Thu Bon River to a local fishing village for a better understand about river culture, bird life, local agriculture and other daily activities of the locals. Local fishermen are preparing their night fishing trip to the ocean.

On the boat, relax and enjoy cool drinks and snacks. This is the best time for sunset and the perfect way to end your trip on the beautiful Thu Bon River.

17:45 Return to Hoi An Peir at the end of the afternoon.

18:00 Back to your hotel by Jeep and tour ends.
