From Phu Bai Airport (Hue)to Dong Ha is 90 km, which takes about 1 hour 45 minutes via National Highway 1A or the CT01 Expressway. Dong Hoi Airport (Quang Binh) is 105 km from Dong Ha, with a travel time of about 2 hours.

By Road

Quang Tri lies along National Highway 1A and the Ho Chi Minh Road, making it convenient for North–South bus routes. Sleeper bus companies such as Camel Travel, Quoc Vuong, Hoang Long, and Quang Dung operate frequently. Ticket prices range from 400,000 to 800,000 VND per trip, depending on the departure point. In addition, the CT01 Expressway has been extended by over 30 km through the province, shortening travel time for visitors to Quang Tri.
