08:00 Be welcomed at your hotel in Hoi An by your guide and enjoy a bike ride through the small villages around Hoi An. Catching the busiest of the day as children leave for school and the villagers load daily goods on their bikes and trailers while going to the market.
09:00 Get on a ferry to Duy Hai Hamlet where you meet fishermen on small boats landing after a night fishing. Cycling in a couple of hours to discover the daily life of local people and visit the bustling Noi Rang Market.
11:00 Stop over for a taste of "My Quang", a famous noodle dish of the region.
See villagers return to their homes for lunch, enjoying the very quiet atmosphere of the village.
11:30 Another 45-minute bike ride to the floating restaurant, where you will have a delicious fresh seafood lunch.
13:15 Keep going to Kim Bong Carpenters Village. You get there when the carpenters start work again after their break. Stroll through the beautiful lush countryside and lanes lined with coconut trees of the river.
14:00 After Kim Bong villagers, continue your journey on winding tracks through rice paddies and mats making villages. Then meet of the old bamboo basket boat builders, a local trade endangered. Continuation of the visit of a shipbuilding yard, which gives you an overview of the importance of these trades in an area where we mainly fish for living.
14:30 Passing wood carving workshops, where you meet the carpenters. You will also have the chance to see these talented craftsmen produce everyday objects with the intricate details involved in their painstaking decorating work.
