5 Fun Things to Do In Vietnam Hotels On Rainy Days

Weather in Vietnam is a pretty fascinating topic to talk about; it is so volatile that sometimes you cannot have your trip going smoothly as previously planned. The not-so-happy corollary is that you will have to stay in your hotel room, watching the rain pour so annoyingly outside the windows. What activities might you consider in these situations?

Here are five ways you can have fun besides sleeping in hotels in Vietnam.

Uh...Food In Your Vietnam Hotels?

Stop moaning about how the weather in Vietnam has not treated you well and please go look for that menu hidden somewhere in your room! This is definitely fun because you don't even have to go to a particular Vietnamese restaurant to grab a dish of Vietnamese food! You have all the power in your Vietnam hotels; I'm telling you. Many hotels now include meals in their room prices; all you have to do is to pick your desired Vietnamese dishes and just call! You will have your delicious plates served just a split second later. Do it right now.

Okay, Food Is Cool; How About Vietnamese Drinks?

Just like food, almost every Vietnam hotel offers priced drinks in a fridge somewhere in your room. However, these drinks are rather universal; I mean Coke, Pepsi, and bottled orange juice. You have to get out of your room and take a further journey in your Vietnam hotels. I'm pretty sure that most hotels in Vietnam have built-in bars and thus you can feel free to order as many Vietnamese drinks as you want.

Playing Games In Vietnamese Hotels?

And no, I'm not mentioning those gaming applications installed on your smartphones! There are a lot of games that require no extra items, such as pillow fight, gazing upon people and vehicles out of your Vietnam hotels' windows, making towel animals, and, of course, spin the bottle! This can be so fun to play with friends on a rainy day when you have no intention to go out.

A Little Romanticism In Your Vietnam Hotels Doesn't Hurt, Right?

In case you are one of those couples traveling together to Vietnam and get stuck in your Vietnam hotels because of the bad weather, get romantic. Taking a quick shower? Taking a bath together? Give each other a massage. Oh my God, I cannot even think of anything else that is more romantic.

And oh, you can rent a movie (or Netflix, of course) to watch together too.

Explore The Vietnam Hotels Themselves!

A lot of people tend to think that when they stay in a certain hotel, the only place they can have fun is in their own room. This is not true; hotels in general and Vietnamese hotels in particular are a great place to explore, too. When the weather frustrates your plans on going outside, you can sneak into the elevator and let it take you to the rooftop, and you will have breathtaking views of Vietnamese cities all for yourself! Or you can go to the built-in bar, the lobby with a comfy bench where you settle and read news about your planned Vietnam tours, the built-in restaurant, which serves you abundant Vietnamese food, et cetera. Trust me, you can have so much fun in your own hotels.

So those were the five tips for you to have fun in your Vietnam hotels in case it is bad weather outside. Don't get frustrated; just explore the hotels, and I'm sure you will be so amazed because it's worthy!
