Hanoi - Ninh Binh - Bai Tu Long Bay - Hue - Danang - Hoi An - Ho Chi Minh - Mekong Delta - Saigon - Departure
Vietnam Package Tour 7 days is a program specialized for tourists with limited time to travel when in Vietnam but also wish for an essential glimpse into this beautiful country. Landing in Hanoi, tourists will be introduced to the city and later to other major provinces and their renowned destinations such as Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Hue, Danang, Hoi An, Saigon and Mekong Delta.
Day 01: Hanoi arrival - Exploration (-)
Arrive at Noi Bai International Airport; you will be welcomed by our guide and transfer to the city center for check-in hotel (check in time is at 14h00). Next, visit on foot Hanoi Opera House nearby and beautiful Hoan Kiem Lake, known as the Lake of the Restored Sword. Later, take a cyclo ride through the Hanoi’s Old Quarter, a network of narrow alleys and shop houses also known as “The 36 Streets.” This is a wonderful place to watch the local life, and peruse items from fabrics to crafts to exotic medicines. Day 02: Hanoi City Tours - Ninh Binh (B)
Pick up at your hotel for full day tour of Hanoi, a blend of the modern with the mystery and charm of past centuries, Hanoi offers an air of elegance and harmony with nature. Today’s sightseeing begins with a visit Ba Dinh Square to see Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum - the museum to his life and the simple cottage where he lived and worked. Then visit Presidential Palace, house on stilts and One Pillar pagoda (locally known as Chua Mot Cot) originally built in 1040 A.D. on a pillar constructed of a single large tree trunk. Then visit Van Mieu or Temple of Literature, which dates back to 1070 and is dedicated to the cult of Confucius. Continue visit National museum of Vietnam history which was built between 1925 and 1932, this architecturally impressive museum was formerly home to the École Française d’Extrême Orient.
Lunch at local restaurant.
Then, depart to Ninh Binh, one of the most famous sites of Vietnam for its historic vestiges and its impressive pitons limestone. You take a sampan ride to discover the caves of Tam Coc ("three lagoons") and visit Bich Dong pagoda, one of the most beautiful pagoda in Vietnam. Overnight at hotel in Ninh Binh.
Day 03: Ninh Binh - Ha Long Bay - Overnight on boat (B.L.D)
7.30-7.45: Our car will pick you up at your hotel and depart to Halong Bay
12.30: Arrive at cruise office in Halong City. Transferred by tender to the cruise – enjoy welcome drink. Receive cruise briefing, check in cabin and start the cruise.
13.30 Having lunch – a delicious Vietnamese set menu.
15.15 – 15.40: Head to Bai Tu Long Bay. Pass the towns of Hon Gai and Cam Pha, Oan Lagoon, Monster Head and Teapot Islets and Thien Canh Son Cave. Explore the well- hidden Thien Canh Son cave.
After the exploration of the cave, enjoy swimming and kayaking activities in the blue ocean.
18.00: Drop anchor in the calm water surrounded by islets in Cong Dam.
19.15: Having dinner on board.
21.00: Relax or join activities on boat: film entertainment, light music for dancing...
Overnight aboard the cruise.
Day 04: Cruise - Kayaking - Hanoi - Hue (B.L)
06.15: Start your day with Tai Chi on the Sundeck while complimentary tea & coffee are served.
07.00: Have breakfast
07.45 - 09.00: Visit the Vung Vieng floating fishing village by bamboo sampan for an hour in to the village. Short visit to the Pearl Farm to learn how natural pearls are grown.
Then, return to cruise for your leisure or join one of the following optional activities: Sunbathing, traditional massage, swimming etc.
09.45: You have 30 minutes to freshen up and finish packing.
10.00: Check out cabin. Then return to dining room for Vietnamese cooking class.
10.30: Enjoy Set Menu for lunch in the dining room. Relax and enjoy the rest of Halong Bay before getting back to harbor.
11.45: Arrive at Hon Gai Harbour. Get on a van or a car back to Hanoi and transfer to Noi Bai airport for a short flight to Hue. Arrival in Hue, welcome and transfer to hotel.
Dinner at your own and overnight in Hue.
Day 05: Hue - Danang - Hoi An (B)
Breakfast at hotel.
8h00 Cruise upstream the Perfume River to visit the famous Thien Mu Pagoda, then visit Tu Duc Emperor located in lush vegetation, the tomb combines majesty with oriental charm and the Imperial City.
Lunch on your own.
Depart to Hoian by the well-known and stunning Mandarin Road. Stop on the Ocean Cloud Pass and at Lang Co beach for a panoramic view over Danang and the surrounding areas and taking some pictures. Dinner on your own and overnight at hotel in Hoian.
Day 06 : Hoi An - Ho Chi Minh City (B)
After breakfast at hotel.
Discover Hoian recognized by UNESCO as being World Cultural Heritage in 1999. Hoian used to serve as an active port of trade with the Japanese, Dutch, Portuguese and Chinese people during the 17th and 18th centuries. Then, visit the Japanese Covered Bridge, Chinese temple and the Tan Ky ancient house. Then, transfer to Danang Airport for a short flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival, be picked up by our guide and then move to central city for city tour. Start city tour by walking along Dong Khoi St, which used to be known as the Rue Catinat, the first street built by Frech. Next visit European style architectures including City hall (Hotel De Ville), the old Opera House, Notre Dame Cathedral and the Central Post Office.
Drive to Cho Lon (China town) and then Thien Hau Pagoda built by Cantonese congregation and this is the biggest pagoda of Chinese Vietnamese. Finally, finish your tour at Ben Thanh market which is located in the very city center. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 07 : Saigon - My Tho - Saigon - Departure (B.L)
8:00 am you will be picked up at your hotel in the central city by our guide and then depart for My Tho Town in Tien Giang Province; dip into the beauty of rice fields along the way. Visit Vinh Trang pagoda which is the “must visit” site in Tien Giang. The pagoda is an ancient Southern gem with the combination of Asian and European architecture including Renaissance period and Romanesque style.
Next, arrive in My Tho, take a boat trip on Mekong River to visit farmer’s house and garden. View the fishing port, the traditional stilt houses and boat building workshops, and four islands including Dragon, Phoenix, Unicorn and Tortoise. The boat continues to Tan Thach (Ben Tre), ride horse and carriage around villages to see the local life and taste tropical fruits and honey tea at bee-keeping farm; listen to traditional music and visit coconut candy manufacturer. After that, roam around villages to get deeper understanding of local life. Then, transferred to the airport for flight back to your country.
