Your personal tour guide will pick you up at your hotel at around 5:45 PM or 6:00 PM for your exploration of Hanoi’s cuisine. You’ll have the opportunity to savor specialties of Hanoi such as Bun Cha, grilled pork served with rice noodles and fresh herbs; a bowl of Pho of your choice (choose between beef or chicken Pho and slurp up the fragrant broth infused with herbs and spices, accompanied by tender meat and chewy rice noodles); Egg Coffee, a decadent concoction of whipped egg yolk, sweetened condensed milk, and robust Vietnamese coffee, topped with a frothy layer of goodness; or a crispy Banh Mi stuffed with savory fillings like grilled pork, pate, pickled vegetables, and fresh herbs. 

You’ll also get to explore the vibrant street food scene of Hanoi and sample an array of delicious snacks along the way: spring rolls, savory pancakes, grilled skewers, and sweet treats like Chè (Vietnamese dessert soup).
