DAY 01: VIENTIANE – ARRIVAL

Upon arrival at the airport, be picked up and transferred to the hotel in center. Take your time to relax or have first discovery of city. Have your own dinner and overnight at hotel in Vientiane.

DAY 02: VIENTIANE – VANG VIENG

After breakfast, we will start today tour by visiting the major sites of Vientiane such as, Wat Sisaket (the most ancient temple with thousands of little Buddha statues) and the former royal Wat Prakeo temple which used to keep the famous Emerald Buddha Image. Next, depart to nation icon of Laos which is the precious and sacred structure of That Luang Stupa. Here you will have chance to take photos of breathtaking Patuxay Monument known as Arc de Triumph of Vientiane.

In the afternoon, head out to the North - Vang Vieng to see some imposing scenery. On the way, we will go past amazing countryside landscape in the mountainous area. Arrive in Vang Vieng in the late afternoon. Vang Vieng is located on the bank of Nam Song River with the unspoiled limestone outcrop.

DAY 03: VANG VIENG – LUANG PRABANG

Enjoy your breakfast before walking around the city to visit the local market and understand further the daily life of the locals in the rural region. Start your tour by visiting Orgarnic Farm Vang Vieng which encourages using natural material and traditional methods for planting its crops and feeding its animals without using chemical or artificial fertilizers which damage man's health and environment. Later, depart to Luang Prabang which the best preserved traditional city in the S.E.A. The road are paved carefully which lead to the smooth journey. You will have chance to go past imposing scenery with steep terraced fields and hill villages. Stop and take some photos of small hill tribe village on the way. Hill tribe villages in Laos have their own beauties and characters. Next, stop at Muang Xieng Nguen village to get deeper exploration of the ethnic minorities before transferring to Luang Prabang. Overnight at Luang Prabang.

DAY 04: LUANG PRABANG – PAK OU CAVES

After breakfast, transfer to the traditional art and ethnology center to know more about the ethnic cultures in Laos. Next, visit stunning Wat Xiengthong with roofs low to the ground which shows the classic architecture of Laos. We then board on cruise upstream on the Mekong river. Enjoy magnificent view of the tranquil countryside before arriving the mysterious Pak Ou Caves. Along the way, take a rest at the village of Ban Xanghai which is famous with rice wine producing.

On the way back to the center, visit Museum of Royal Palace which are storing many interesting artifacts. Here we will depart for Wat Siphouthabaht to enjoy the sunset. This moment is really peaceful and memorable after a long travel. In the evening, visit Night market in where you can find beautiful and lovely collections of handmade textiles which are produced by the locals and ethnic minorities in Luang Prabang.

DAY 05: LUANG PRABANG – KUANG SI WATERFALLS

In the early morning, you can wake up early to participate in the daily morning rituals of saffron-clad monks collecting offerings of Alms from the faithful locals. And then, we will take a quick visit to the local market near the Royal Palace. Here you can find variety of goods from rice, fresh vegetable to boiled frogs and fishes. This is a good chance to have deep understanding of the local culture.

Next, transfer back to hotel to have breakfast and then climb up the top of Phousi hill with 329 steps for a panoramic view of the Mekong river and city. Later, walk around the city to visit Big Brother Mouse which is the most well-known bookshop in Laos. Ock Pop Tock is your next arrival which means East meets West. Take your chance to learn some ways of weaving. Then visit Wat Visoun, dating back to 1513 during the destiny of King Wisunarat which is the oldest temple of Luang Prabang and was once home of the Prabang Buddhas.

Before driving to the beautiful Khousansi Waterfall where you can splash around the emerald pools, we will visit the local village of Lao ethnic minority. Finally stop at Kuang Si Falls Butterfly Park (closed on Tuesday) - the "must-visit" site in Luang Prabang before reaching Luang Prabang. Overnight at hotel in Luang Prabang.

DAY 06: LUANG PRABANG – DEPARTURE

Take your free time to discover further the city until being transferred to airport for the flight back to your country.
