Day 1: Saigon - Cai Be - Vinh Long - Can Tho (L)

Heading to Tien Giang Province after picking up from you hotel.

Enjpoy your first sampan ride on the Mekong River to discover Cai Be Floating Market where farmers come from surrounding villages to settle some business, exchange, sell or buy various local products such as watermelons, potatoes, vegetables squash, cabbages, coconuts, durians ...

Then visit the handicraft villages making coconut and Vietnamese popcorn.

Then, walk through shady canals to reach  a local fruit orchard in the tropical region and see the daily activities of locals on Tan Phong Island .

Enjoy some tropical fruit tasting while listening to the folk music show.

Have lunch at a local restaurant.

Heading to Vinh Long Port and enjoy your road trip to Can Tho.

Check in at the hotel in Can Tho.

Then, visit Binh Thuy Ancient House and Ong Pagoda.

Take a walk along Ninh Kieu wharf in the afternoon and enjoy your free evening leisure in Can Tho City.

Overnight in Can Tho.

 

Day 2: Cai Rang Floating Market - Cao Dai Temple - Saigon (B.L)

After having breakfast, depart to Cai Rang Floating Market.

A motor-boat ride will lead you to the most typical market of the southern regions of Vietnam.

Discovery pirogues, rowing boats, and other small fishing boats overflowing with fresh fruit, vegetables, rice, watermelons, sweet potatoes and other artisan products from the region. This image makes the market more alive, lively, colorful and friendly.

Continue the ride through the arroyos shaded by orchards of tropical fruits.

Then, return to the pier for lunch at a local restaurant and transfer back to Saigon.

On the way back, visit the Cao Dai Temple, where contains the 3 different religions in Vietnam: Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism, while also being inspired by Christianity.

Head back to Saigon and tour ends.
