My Lai Memorial Site is an interesting and sad place to visit its impact on the Vietnam War with the US in the fullness of time.

7:00 Hotel pick-up and drive to My Lai Memorial Site - a moving memorial to those who lost their lives.

   Drive 3 hours, passing beautiful local villages before joining in a Highway No.1.

   Stop over for a filter coffee break in a small town.

9:30 Arrive My Lai Memorial Site.

   The garden with the village remains is a peaceful place to reflect.

   The museum is mostly composed of household remnants of the massacred village, US army weaponry, and photographs, in addition to some 3-D physical displays of the village.

   Visit the Evidence House – a museum housing documents, photos and remnants of the war. You will be told stories and known how the village has restored.

   See how people overcame the past, hoping for a better future.

   Then, visit a village and farms nearby.

   After, drive to Chu Lai, the former US military training site.

12:00 Lunch in a local restaurant with a beautiful view overlooking the beautiful Rang Beach.

13:30 Trip back to Hoi An through the middle of picturesque landscapes.

16:00 Arrive at your hotel and tour ends.
