Day 01: Hanoi arrival (D)
Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, you will be picked up by our local guide and driver to transfer to local hotel for checking in. After that, take a trip by rickshaw to discover the old quarters of Hanoi and Hoan Kiem Lake. Have dinner together at local restaurant in Hanoi before staying overnight at hotel in Hanoi.

Day 02: Hanoi – Capital discovery (B, L, D)
After breakfast at hotel, discover Hanoi through some of its popular historical sites, such as Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the Presidential Palace, the house on stilts, One Pillar Pagoda and the Temple of Literature. Have lunch at local restaurant before visiting the Museum of Ethnography in the afternoon. Later, take a walk within the old quarters to explore the heart of Hanoi and its ancient culture. Have dinner and stay overnight at hotel.

Day 03: Hanoi – Halong Bay – Kayaking (B, L, D)
In the morning, have breakfast at the hotel. Then depart for Halong Bay and arrive there before midday
12h00 – 12h30: Get on the boat, followed by a short cruising brief.
13h00 – 15h30: Have lunch while cruising among the limestone islands.
15h30 – 16h30: Kayak among the hidden areas of the bay, which located around the Bo Nau Cave area, then return to the boat
16h30 – 17h30: Cruise to Soi Sim Island for swimming and relaxing at the beach of Soi Sim, or climbing up to the peak of the island for a panoramaic view of Halong Bay.
17h30: Return to the main boat for a shower. You may also relax or take photos as the sun starts to set.
19h00: Enjoy dinner on the boat while you meet and greet with other guests, fish for squid or just laze around. Stay overnight on board.

Day 04: Halong Bay – Cooking demonstration – Ninh Binh (B, L, D)
06h30 – 07h00: Start your day with Tai Chi exercises or take part in a photo hunt.
07h30 – 08h30: Have breakfast.
08h30 – 09h30: Explore the amazing Sung Sot Cave – the nicest cave in Halong Bay.
09h30: Return to the boat to freshen up and check out of your cabin.
09h30 – 10h30: Continue cruising to explore the Bay, passing Ba Hang fishing village, Cho Da Islet, and more.
10h30 – 11h30: On the way back to the harbor, take part in a cooking class before enjoying traditional Vietnamese lunch.
12h00 – 12h30: Disembark and travel directly to Ninh Binh. Upon arrival at Ninh Binh in the late afternoon, transfer to hotel and later, go cycling to Tam Coc. Have dinner at local restaurant and stay overnight in Ninh Binh.

Day 05: Ninh Binh (B, L, D)
Have breakfast at the hotel, then cycle from Tam Coc to Hoa Lu – one of the ancient capitals of Vietnam from the 10th century. Upon arrival, visit the two temples of King Dinh and Le before having lunch at local restaurant. After that, cruise on sampan to explore Tam Coc caves. Have dinner and stay overnight at hotel in Ninh Binh.

Day 06: Ninh Binh – Mai Chau (B, L, D)
After breakfast, take an early departure from Ninh Binh to the beautiful Mai Chau valley. Upon arrival, you start pedaling to Poom Cong, the village of White Thai ethnic people, then visit the communal house on stilts for a welcome cup of tea before having lunch there. In the afternoon, trek through many ethnic villages in Mai Chau to discover the lifestyle and handcrafts of Thai people. Later, take part in a traditional dance performance. Have dinner and stay overnight in Mai Chau.

Day 07: Mai Chau – Hanoi – Hue (B, L, D)
Have breakfast, then cycle through the ethnic villages in Mai Chau valley for 3 hours. After that, return to Hanoi via the provincial town of Hoa Binh and have lunch during transition. In the afternoon, visit Tay Phuong Pagoda, a great sculpture work of wood in Vietnam, before cycling to Thay Pagoda through the countryside areas of the Red River Delta. Later, return to Hanoi Domestic Airport for a flight to Hue. Upon arrival at Hue, transfer to local hotel for checking in. Have dinner and relax at hotel in Hue for the night.

Day 08: Hue (B, L, D)
After breakfast, you will visit the Imperial Citadel of Hue by bicycle. As you pedal along the riverside of Huong River, passing through the taciturn and peaceful countryside with local villages, visit the tombs of Tu Duc and Khai Dinh, then have lunch at local restaurant. In the afternoon, go cycling through small villages along quiet routes outside the city before embarking on boat for a trip on the Huong River to visit Thien Mu Pagoda. Have dinner and stay overnight at hotel in Hue.

Day 09: Hue – Danang – Hoian (B, L, D)
Have breakfast at the hotel, then cycle along the coast of Lang Co Beach. After having lunch in Lang Co with seafood, conquer the 10-km length and 500 meters height of Hai Van Pass. Explore the old remains of French and American forts while enjoying a panoramic view of the coast at the peak of the pass before getting to Danang. Upon arrival, transfer by bus to Hoian, then check in for relaxing before dinner time. Stay overnight in Hoian.

Day 10: Hoi An – Cooking class (B, L, D)
Discover Hoian on feet after having breakfast. Start the trip by visiting the central market to buy ingredients with the chef of the restaurant and return to the Red Bridge for your cooking class, then have lunch with your self-prepared dishes. In the afternoon, visit some of the local highlights, such as the Japanese Bridge, Fukian Temple, Quan Cong temple and Phung Hung ancient house. Have dinner and stay overnight at hotel in Hoian.

Have breakfast at the hotel. You may discover Hoian at your leisure until transferring to Danang airport for a flight to Saigon. In the afternoon, visit the Chinatown of Saigon and Cholon market for souvenirs, or Saigon Central Post Office, the Notre Dame Cathedral and walk around Dong Khoi Street. Day 12: Saigon – My Tho – Saigon - Departure (B, L)
Enjoy breakfast, then depart for My Tho at Mekong Delta. Upon arrival, embark a private boat for a pleasant cruise in the heart of the area. As you cruise along the rivers, discover many floating houses of fishermen through the hillock of Dragon, Lion, Turtle and Phoenix. Have lunch at a local restaurant on Con Phung with the region's special dishes. After that, continue to visit handcraft workshops that produce local products, such as coconut candy and glutinous rice. Have another cruise by sampan through the arroyos before getting back to the pier to return to Saigon. Have dinner and stay overnight at hotel in Saigon. Then transfer to Tan Son Nhat Internation airport for departure flight. Tour ends
