Had an amazing holiday thanks to VOT

I was referred by a friend to Mr. Ha Nguyen at Vietnam Original Travel - Hanoi Branch and I’m so very very pleased that I was. From the beginning of our correspondence, he went to great lengths to help me prepare my itinerary and gave me many tips to make sure I was travel smart in the busy streets of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Never was he pushy and many a time, when conversing over Skype chat did he contact me outside of his working hours. He even went so far as to meet me on a Sunday to take me around Hanoi. I cannot guarantee by any means that travel agents from VOT will do this for you as we had connections via friends, but what I do know is that they will go up and beyond to make sure you have a lovely holiday.
