You will visit the Triumphal Arch (victory monument) which was built in the mid-nineteenth century to honor Lao soldiers in the war against the French. Also, visit Prakeo (the original home of the emerald Buddha), Wat Sisaket (the house of thousand Buddha images) or Prathatluang stupa (the stupa is keeping the relic of Lord Buddha). Day 01: Luang Prabang arrival
Arrive in Luang Prabang by crossing the Mekong river from Thailand border (Luang Prabang, the former Royal capital city of Laos, the crown jewel of the ancient Lane Xang Empire, the Land of a Million Elephants. Arrive at the pier, welcomed by our guide and transferred to hotel. Enjoy welcome dinner at local restaurant and stay overnight at hotel in Luang Prabang.

Day 02: Luang Prabang – Kwang Si waterfall
After breakfast at hotel, visit an ancient capital city of the Lao Kingdom beautifully situated in the Mekong surrounded by hills. Visit Wat Visoun, Wat May, Wat Xieng Thong, Wat Praphuthabat, National Museum known as former Royal Palace. Have Lunch at local restaurant. In the afternoon, visit Khuang Si waterfall. Return to Luangprabang to visit Ban Phanom weaving village and Ban Sangkong village and followed by enjoying sunset over Mekong River and panoramic view of Luang Prabang on Phou Si mount. Climb its 350 steps to enjoy commanding views for many miles in each direction. Visit Wat Mai that was built in 1796, the five-tiered roof of the wooden Sim (chapel) emphasizes the graceful Luang Prabang architectural style. Day 03: Luang Prabang – Xieng Khoang
Wake up in the early morning to go to the monk’s procession in town. You can give the monks the food (rice, fruits …), and then back to hotel for Breakfast. Depart to Xieng Khouang through the mountainous road via Phoukhoune, on the way you will have a chance to have an overview of the local life style along the mountainous road through the tropical rain forest. Upon arrival at Phonsavan, visit the plain of jars and visit Phonsavanh Market. Have your own dinner and stay overnight at hotel in Xieng khoang.

Day 04 : Xieng Khouang – Vientiane by flight
After breakfast at hotel, visit Tham Piu cave and local villages such as Hmong Lai, Ban Hua Khang. Then, visit local market and Hmong at Ban Na Sala village. Have Lunch at local restaurant. Transfer to the airport for the flight to Vientiane. You will be welcomed and transferred to hotel. Discover Vientiane by yourself and enjoy sunset at Mekong Riverside. Have Dinner on your own and stay overnight at hotel in Vientiane.

Day 05 : Vientiane
After breakfast in hotel, visit Vientiane such as Prakeo (the original home of the emerald Buddha), Anousavari like Arch of Triumph in Paris. Have Lunch at local restaurant. In the afternoon, visit Wat Sisaket (the house of thousand Buddha images), Prathatluang stupa (the stupa is keeping the relic of Lord Buddha). Have your own dinner and stay overnight at hotel in Vientiane.

Day 06: Vientiane – Pakse – Tad Lor by flight
After breakfast at hotel and then transfer to airport for flight to Pakse. Arrive in Pakse, welcomed by our local guide and depart toward Paksong district, stop over at Km 35 to visit the famous Tad Fan Waterfall and ethnic villages to discover their daily life. Have lunch at local restaurant. In the afternoon, visit Wat Phou (Khmer ruin dated 11th century) and drive toward Tad Lor. Have your own dinner and stay overnight at hotel in Tad Lor.

Day 07: Tad Lor – Champassak – Don Khong Island
Have breakfast at hotel, then explore some local villages in the area and depart to Kong Island (discover Khong island by cycling). Have your own dinner and stay overnight at hotel in Don Khong Island.

Day 08: Don Khong Island – Done Khone – Kone Prabeng – Paksé
After breakfast at hotel, you will take a boat cruise to Done Khone (1 hour trip) and visit the famous Liphi ( Devil Corridor), if you are lucky you can enjoy watching the Irriwady dolphins ( around 06h00- 09h00 or 16h00-18h00)  and visit the remain of the French colonial area (old pier, stream railway, former French hospital building and Maritime Office). Have lunch at local restaurant. Then, you join Ban Nakasang village by boat and depart to Khon Phapheng (Niagara of Asia). Have your own dinner and stay overnight at hotel in Paksé.

Day 09: Pakse Departure
