Day 1: Hanoi – Ninh Binh - Van Long Nature Reserve

Be welcomed at your hotel in Hanoi and then depart for the Van Long lagoon - National Reserve of Vietnam in Ninh Binh which is recognized as the beautiful “Ha Long bay on land”. Arrive at Van Long, take a beautiful bike ride in the countryside, especially, cycling on the dike of Van Long lagoon to explore the local life of the villagers will bring you the best pleasant. The sampan ride is in the heart of magical landscapes: rocks and karst mountains covered with beautiful vegetation and you can see rare animals and birds. Enjoy the lunch at a local restaurant. Later, enjoy a lovely walk in the area of Van Long – a national heritage thanks to its eco-system in the watery area. Transfer back to hotel and overnight in Ninh Binh.

Day 2: Van Long - Yen Mac

After breakfast, depart for Yen Mac village in Ninh Binh which is known for Nem Chua (Vietnamese fermented pork roll), one of the specialties for Vietnamese. Upon arrival at village, check in a homestay. Be introduced by the host about their house and village and enjoy a welcome cup of hot tea. Visit to the village market for an immersion in local life in the middle of the Vietnamese countryside. Have lunch at homestay.

In the afternoon, do a walking tour around the village to visit pagoda which are the typical symbols of s traditional village in Vietnam. The pagoda is considered a place for worship of Buddha and Mother Goddesses. You can participate in country activities with the locals if you wish. Dinner and overnight at the homestay in Yen Mac.

Day 3: Yen Mac – Mua cave – Hanoi

After breakfast, visit the ancient capital of Vietnam dating from the tenth century including the temples of King Dinh Tien Hoang and Le Dai Hanh to discover the long-standing history of Vietnam. Then visit the Thai Vy temple and the Mua cave which offers a panoramic view of Tam Coc and its surroundings before transferring back and drop off at hotel in Hanoi.
